Academpark is developing a comprehensive service infrastructure to boost innovative business and support Academpark tenants. The infrastructure includes a cluster of service companies providing a wide range of solutions to Academpark tenants and innovative start-ups resided at Business Incubator.
Service companies can be individuals or companies; the candidates should submit an application addressed to the Director General of OAO Technopark of Novosibirsk Akademgorodok and enclose a filled-in applicant details form and copies of constitutive and registration documents (see List).
Academpark considers the application from the standpoint of the needs of Academpark and Business Incubator tenants. If the application is approved, the applicant is invited to sign an agreement with Academpark on providing services to Academpark and Business Incubator tenants. If the application is declined, the reasons for the refusal are explained to the applicant.
According to the agreement, the Service Company:
- Provides services to tenants of Academpark and Business Incubator under separate contracts;
- Offers discounts of 10% for tenants of Academpark and Business Incubator on the services specified in the Service Company's official price-list;
- Ensures high quality of services, monitors the tenants' feedback, and takes action to improve its performance;
- Has a right to use Academpark's services, including the lease of Academpark's premises under separate contracts;
- Has a right to participate in public events organized by Academpark, e.g., conferences, workshops, etc.;
- Has a right to refer in its activities to the status of a service company of Academpark;
- Has a right to put forward suggestions regarding the development of Academpark tenants support programs and other Academpark development programs;
- Is obliged to provide information upon request from Academpark, including lists of Academpark tenants that are consumers of its services.
and Academpark, on the other part:
- Gives the Service Company priority to purchase Academpark's goods and services, including the lease of premises;
- Publishes information about the Service Company on Academpark's web site, including the information on its services and contact details;
- Provides marketing support and promotes the Service Company's solutions in Academpark, in particular, informs Academpark tenants about its services;
- Invites the Service Company to public events, e.g., conferences, workshops, etc., including as a presenter;
- Provides to the Service Company the contact information of tenants of Academpark and Business Incubator;
- Grants to the Service Company the right to use Academpark's brand name for commercial purposes;
- Invites the Service Company to participate in the work on Academpark development programs.

This list may be expanded as and when necessary.

- financial and tax consulting (accounting services, auditing, appraisal services, etc.);
- legal consulting (consulting and legal support services, reorganization and liquidation of companies, access to capital markets, patent consulting, employment relations consulting, etc.);
- investment and banking consulting (organization of funding for projects and companies, investor solicitation, development of business plans, investment proposals, etc.);
- HR consulting (personnel recruitment, personnel training and development, etc.);
- marketing consulting (research of the target market segment, development of the product brand strategy and marketing strategy, development of the marketing section in business plans, market forecasting, etc.);
- technology transfer (organizational and consulting services in the field of technology transfer);
- learning and development consulting (workshops, business training programs, certification, etc.);
- Congress center services (conference hall, meeting area, presentation room, exhibit space, etc.);
- Fitness and rehabilitation services;
- Catering services;
- Hotel services;
- Maintenance of buildings and facilities, cleaning of premises and outdoor territories, freight loading, security services, safety system management, etc.;
- IT services;
- Printing and copy center services;
- Banking services (lending, cash and settlement services, quick money transfers, etc.);
- Transportation and logistics services (express delivery of cargo);
- Custom broker services.
