Becoming an Academpark Service Company
Submitting an application for the status of an Academpark service company
To apply for the status of an Academpark service company, the applicant should submit the following documents:- Application for Academpark Service Company Status;
- Applicant Details Form;
- Agreement with the Technopark of Novosibirsk Akademgorodok Foundation signed by the applicant;
- a copy of the state registration certificate;
- a copy of the taxpayer registration certificate;
- copies of the company's constitutive documents (charter, articles of association, etc);
- a copy of the information letter on registration with the Statistical Register of Rosstat;
- a certificate of the Consolidated State Register of Companies (EGRYuL) obtained no earlier than six months prior to submitting the application.
